Family events go quickly. You’re catching up with people, watching the kids, making sure everything runs smoothly, and before you know it, the day’s over and nobody got a decent photo.
I photograph family events across Sydney and the Sutherland Shire. Birthdays, christenings, engagements, anniversaries, reunions, Christmas gatherings. My job is to quietly cover what’s happening so you can actually be present at your own event.
Relaxed Photography That Stays Out of the Way
Most of the time you won’t notice I’m there. I work in a documentary style, capturing what’s happening as it happens, rather than stopping the flow of the event to set up shots.
When it makes sense to gather people for a group photo, I keep it quick and low-key. No lengthy posing sessions, no awkward lighting setups.
I arrive on time, come prepared, and adapt to whatever the day throws at me. Kids running around, plans changing last minute, unpredictable weather, it all comes with the job!

Additional coverage at $110 per hour.
